We have integrated our website with iThink Logistics shipping solutions as a courier aggregator. They are tied up with multiple courier companies like FedEx, Aramex, DHL, Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom express etc. So accordingly we choose suitable courier company to ship your products under this aggregator’s platform.
Once the payment is done & order is placed successfully, it takes 1 to 2 days to process and pack your order. For shipping your products we use the best courier service for your location. You will be intimated regularly by text SMS/ Email/ WhatsApp about your shipment dispatch and tracking details. Generally after dispatch it takes about 6 to 7 working days to reach the shipment at your place. You would receive a delivery OTP to receive parcel from courier delivery person, after giving this OTP only delivery person will handover your parcel to you.
Please do not take or accept any Defective/ Damaged/ Torn parcel from courier delivery boy. Sometimes shipments may get delayed due to transport & technical issues. Kindly follow our Refunds and Return policy section for more details.
In view of our after purchase policies we have made it final that we do not entertain any Cancellations, Returns/Refunds or Exchange of products without any soundly valid and credible reasons. Products/Items once sold are not taken back nor any refund is considered. We strongly and sincerely urge to all our visitors and buyers to be assured and confident about what you are buying. To apply for any missing or damage product claim, kindly follow these rules as soon as you receive the parcel:-
- Before opening any parcel, take clear pictures of the full parcel package from both the sides (front and back). Also take clear picture of the attached courier slip. The printed courier slip should be clearly readable in the picture.
- Make an opening video of the parcel. The video should be of full parcel in a clear view, without any cuts, in a continuous single shoot.
Important Note:-
Each product should be clearly visible while taking out from package. Make this video nonstop i.e start from both sides of parcel pack, then opening of parcel and checking of the received products, if any damages or defects found. Send all these pictures and video clips to our contact {e-mail address}. It takes about 10 – 20 working days to review and process any such claims. The final decision for this is secured by our support team.
To return your product in view of some genuine valid reason after confirmation/approval by our team to you through mail/call/whatsapp, you should send your product to {our physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product/item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending upon your location, the time duration it may take for your returned product to reach us or new exchanged product to reach you may vary.
