Order can be cancelled only till the time it is not dispatched by us. Once it is handed over to courier service you cannot cancel this order. Note: This too may not be applicable to certain logistics partners. You would see an option to cancel order within the ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site then select the item or order you want to cancel. In case you are unable to cancel the order from the Orders section, you can contact us at our Email/ WhatsApp for the same.

Our decision to discount products is made internally and based on a number of strategic considerations which can vary over time. As it stands now, we offer discounts on hundreds of thousands of selected titles. However, we cannot confirm when, if ever, a title will be discounted or how long a title once discounted will remain so.

Yes, some of our products are restocked at intervals and some are frequently, you can add that product to your wishlist and we will inform you when it is available again for your purchase.

Yes, but only before dispatch of product by us. After dispatch only refund/ return/ exchange is done that too only if defective/ damaged product is received. For any such claim go through our Refunds and Return policy section for complete details and procedure.

At present we do not offer Pre-sales or pre-orders or waitlists. But in future we would definitely use this effective tool for driving our sales.
